This Privacy Policy explains how Randa Romanova, trading as Morella Dance ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit morelladance.online, request our free lesson, purchase a course, or contact us, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR") and the Finnish Data Protection Act.

2. Legal Basis for Processing
- Contract performance — processing needed to sell you a course, grant access, and provide customer support (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Consent — sending you the free lesson, marketing emails, and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Legitimate interest — basic website analytics and security, balanced against your right to privacy (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

- Prodamus and Stripe — to process payments and enrollment. We do not store your card details ourselves.
- Our learning platform provider — to host your course account, video access, and progress tracking.

- Website hosting provider — to run morelladance.online.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers (for example, payment or hosting providers) may process data outside the EU/EEA.
