Service Provider

The Service Provider sells digital training programs to consumer customers over the age of 18, or the guardians of younger customers, via the website morelladance.online. Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to make changes to prices and these Terms of Service; changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.

1. Health and Medical Disclaimer

1.1 Not medical advice — The floorwork, dance acrobatics, and movement training programs provided by us are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or physical therapy.

1.2 Assumption of risk — Dance and floorwork training involve inherent risks of injury. By participating in our programs, you agree that you do so at your own risk. You should consult a physician or healthcare professional before starting any new physical training program, particularly if you have a pre-existing injury or medical condition. The Provider is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained while undertaking these programs.

1.3 Follow instructions — You agree to follow the warm-up, progression, and safety guidance provided in each course, and to stop immediately and seek medical advice if you experience pain beyond normal training discomfort.

2. Digital Products & Access

2.1 What you receive — Upon successful payment, you receive on-demand access to video lessons, lecture material, and related digital content for the course(s) or bundle you purchased, automatically loaded to the personal account you register on our learning platform.

2.2 Access period — Access is granted for 4, 8, or 12 months from the date of enrollment, depending on the course or bundle purchased, as described on the product page at the time of purchase. Extensions may be available on request — contact us for details and any applicable fee.

2.3 Delivery and confirmation — Access is delivered instantly upon successful payment. A confirmation email with your login link is sent within a few minutes of purchase, serving as your receipt. If you do not receive this email, check your spam folder or contact our customer service.

3. Payment

Payments are processed via Prodamus, which uses Stripe as its underlying payment processor. When paying, the payment processor may appear as the payee on your bank or card statement. All payment information is transmitted via an encrypted connection. The Provider does not store your card details.

If you do not receive an order confirmation after payment, contact our customer service at support@morelladance.online before attempting to pay again.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

4.1 Standard 14-day right — If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA, you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978, Chapter 6, Section 14) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

4.2 Exception for digital content — Under Kuluttajansuojalaki Chapter 6, Section 16(1)(12), the right of withdrawal does not apply once the electronic delivery of digital content has begun, provided that: (a) you have given your express prior consent to performance of the contract starting during the withdrawal period; (b) you have accepted that you thereby have no right of withdrawal; and (c) we have provided you with the order confirmation required under Section 13.

4.3 Your consent at checkout — By checking the consent box at checkout before completing your purchase, you: (a) expressly request and consent that we begin providing you digital course access immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period would otherwise expire; and (b) accept that, as a result, you have no right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content has begun. The order confirmation email sent to you after purchase (Section 2.3) serves as the confirmation required under Section 13 of the Act.

4.4 Before you access the content — If you have not yet accessed any part of the course content, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@morelladance.online to request a withdrawal and refund. Once you have accessed any lesson, the purchase becomes non-refundable in line with Sections 4.2–4.3 above.

4.5 Bundles — The withdrawal terms above apply per course. For bundles, accessing any single course within the bundle is treated as accessing the bundle for the purposes of this section.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, choreography, training materials, videos, text, and graphics provided by us are our exclusive intellectual property. When you purchase a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, download and redistribute, share your login, share, sell, or otherwise make available any of our materials to third parties.

6. Age Requirements

Our Services are intended for adults. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the explicit permission and consent of a parent or legal guardian to purchase and participate in our programs. By purchasing our Services, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is not liable for any technical issues that may disrupt access to the Services, nor for any damage such technical issues may cause. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the website or the training programs. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Finnish or EU consumer protection law.

8. Complaints

If you believe there is an error in your order confirmation or a problem with your access, notify our customer service at support@morelladance.online as soon as you notice the issue. If we cannot resolve a consumer dispute directly, you may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Service, the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta), or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If you are a consumer resident in another EU/EEA country, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
